LEGAL FELLOW

Austin Hwang is a Summer Fellow helping Austin Hwangconduct research on alternative corporate governance and ownership models. Austin is currently a rising 2L at Harvard Law School, where he is interested in studying corporate law and the history of American Capitalism. Prior to Law School, Austin worked as a Fraud Investigation and Dispute Analyst at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He has a degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a Certified Public Accountant license.
